CVM is permit holder of the Environment Permit for the entire TU/e Campus. In order to properly monitor the Environmental Permit-Environment, it was decided to issue 'partial permits'.
A partial permit is a small piece of the larger TU/e Campus environment permit. It describes the rules that apply to specific activities requested and mentioned in the partial permit. This makes it easier for both the user and the CVM to check and understand the permit.
Partial permit application
To establish themselves on the TU/e Campus, all organizations - such as users, tenants and/or owners of land or buildings - must apply for a partial permit or participate in a partial permit of another. This application must be submitted in writing to the CVM Board. In doing so, all necessary information must be provided so that the board can make a decision on the application. A partial permit can be granted if the board has enough information to make a decision and if the applicant's activities fit within the general environmental permit, taking into account the existing activities on the TU/e Campus.
The person or organization holding the partial permit must make sure that they follow the rules contained in that permit. If they fail to do so, they can be held responsible by the CVM.
