The TU/e Campus Environmental Permit states that the CVM must record all exceptional events. These events must be reported to the competent authority according to the B.A.L. (art. 2.21). This should be done as soon as possible (“without delay”).
On the TU/e Campus, organizations must report an unusual occurrence directly to the CVM. If something happens in your organization, you can report the incident by filling out the “Report unusual incident” form below. If the incident must also be reported to the Municipality of Eindhoven, we will inform you as soon as possible.
