About CVM

The purpose of CVM is to apply for, administer and enforce environmental permits for its members. By issuing partial permits to its members and others, the responsibilities of the environmental permit are passed on to the organizations on the TU/e Campus.

Laws and regulations

CVM has to deal with Dutch laws and regulations stating that communication with the competent authority must be in Dutch. Therefore, this is the reason why it was chosen to conduct all official documents in Dutch.

If you have questions about environmental permits on the TU/e Campus, you can contact with the CVM board.

  • Represent the interests of the Cooperative;
  • To manage the Cooperative;
  • Execute the decisions of the General Assembly (CVM meets twice a year)
  • To represent the Cooperative in and out of court.
