As a resident of the TU/e Campus, you can choose to become a member of CVM. Any organization located on the TU/e Campus is entitled to become a member of CVM, regardless of the environmental impact of the organization's activities. As a member, you may vote on CVM's budget, bylaws and Environmental Regulations, among other things.
Contribution
Membership entails a membership fee, which is equal to the contribution CVM, which must be paid by non-members. In other words: Membership is FREE!
The contribution/contribution CVM is expressed as an amount per vote.
The membership fee/contribution CVM, is calculated based on the Part Permit(s) applicable to the organization. Based on the activities and area in use, the number of “votes” is calculated.
Voting Rights
- Members can cast these votes at CVM General Membership Meetings.
- For non-members, these “votes” have no value because they have no voting rights.
- This is only a calculation tool, which calculates the CVM contribution. From the collected contribution/contribution CVM the costs for the general functioning of CVM are paid. Annually the contribution/contribution CVM is determined in the General Assembly for the following financial year.
